APRIL HIGHLIGHTS

“What matters most during these early years isn’t just activities or curriculum. It’s relationships.”

Hear directly from Tennille Call, our Director of Education, on why supporting early care and education professionals strengthens our entire community.

What is Trishare?

TriShare helps working families access affordable child care by sharing costs between employees, employers, and the state. This innovative approach supports our local workforce and helps businesses retain employees.

April 2, 2026, Pocatello, ID - April marked Strengthening Families Month and Child Abuse Prevention Month, a time to uplift families and promote safe, supportive environments for children. Our Family Fun Event, hosted alongside the Idaho Children's Trust Fund and Region 6 community partners, brought families together through connection, fun, and access to local resources.

We are grateful to the families who joined us and to the many partners who helped make the evening possible. A special thank you to Olivia George for her leadership as this year’s Region 6 administrator and for helping bring this event to life.

United Way of Southeastern Idaho is proud to continue supporting families through opportunities like Parent Café and partnerships with the Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children (IDAEYC).

April 17, 2026, Pocatello, ID - We had the opportunity to gather with our Board of Directors and their guests for a special social, taking time to connect, reflect, and celebrate the leadership that helps guide our work.

We are deeply grateful for our board members who give their time, insight, and heart to United Way of Southeastern Idaho. Their commitment helps strengthen our mission and ensures we continue making a meaningful impact across our community.
