As we get close to the end of January, we wanted to send out a reminder to all partners who have customers using the Retail Realm Payment Bridge licensing.
The initial year of free licensing that Retail Realm offered when the Retail Realm Payment Bridge became billable (as of RMH v 3.9) is expiring this month. If you have customer still using the initial licensing, they will need to be renewed. You can verify their expiry either on the Customer account in the Order Portal (Customer>My License) or on the MLM licensing screen (MLM>Payment Processing).
If you have not done so already, we encourage you to place orders for the Payment Bridge licenses asap so you can ensure no interruption of service due to the bridge not being licensed. You can find the Payment Bridge line item under the Subscription tab and Retail Realm products.
