Use Cast and Cure pattern LS-010 for a strong, beautiful finish

LS-010 Matte Cast and Cure turns high-gloss varnish into a near-bulletproof matte finish. LS-010 obliterates the surface of high-gloss varnish. This is similar to the way glass is etched. By disturbing the smooth, glossy surface you are left with a micro-embossed or etched surface.

Set up Cast and Cure stations for optimal finish appearance and durability.



• Choose an Anilox roller from 12-14bcm to completely fill the deeply embossed cells of our LS-010 film.
• Ensure laminating stations are clean and free of dents or grooves.
• Use a rubber laminating roller between 75-80 durometer.
