How did you get into cardio kickboxing?
I used to do Tae Bo with Billy Blanks with my Mom in our family room when I was younger. We would have so much fun punching and kicking together. I got to meet Billy at the 2022 IDEA World Fitness Conference in Las Vegas and take a master class with him. It was such a great experience.
Cardio Kickboxing was one of the first classes I took after having my first born when we lived in the city. I left that class feeling empowered, accomplished and ready for anything - which was the best feeling as a new Mom.💥
What should we expect during class?
Expect a full-of-fun-energy cardio class that seems to fly by! You can do the entire class taking either low impact or higher impact options for every move. We will do a lot of repetitions with each movement so all participants will feel confident and empowered while taking the class.
Do we need kickboxing experience?
No prior experience necessary - these moves are easy to follow and fun to do! Just come to class with great energy and ready to feel like a baddie!
