Registration and Sponsorship is now open for the 14th Annual RRVA Oklahoma Regional Water Resource Conference!
After overcoming some technical challenges, we're excited to finally announce that registration is now open for the 14th Annual Oklahoma Regional Water Resource Conference.
On Thursday morning, August 20th, we will hear updates from many of our federal and state agency partners about some of the projects they have underway and a panel discussion with staff members of our congressional delegation discussing the latest developments in Washington, DC. Thursday afternoon will feature presentations from the Chickasaw Nation, the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, the Oka' Institute at East Central University, and the Arbuckle Master Conservancy District on some of the great work taking place in Southern Oklahoma and beyond that will ultimately benefit the entire Red River Valley region.
J.D. Strong, Executive Director of the Western States Water Council, will be joining us to update conference attendees on the most recent water policy developments across the Western United States. We have also invited Usha-Maria Turner, EPA Assistant Administrator for International and Tribal Affairs, to join us as our luncheon keynote speaker to discuss some of the work the EPA is doing in partnership with our Tribal Nations in the Red River Valley and across the country.
We are working to confirm all of our speakers and a draft agenda will be available very soon on the conference page of our website. You won't want to miss it!
We would also like to invite you to join us for a Wednesday evening reception hosted by Ensolum and Garver welcoming our conference attendees to Sulphur!
