Dear Client,
After more than 50 years in the public accounting profession, Thomas H. Dempsey III will be retiring effective June 1, 2026.
Tom’s dedication to his clients, colleagues, and the accounting profession has left a lasting impact on our firm and the many individuals, families, and businesses he has served throughout his distinguished career. Since joining the firm in 1997, Tom has been an integral part of the firm’s growth and success, building trusted relationships that span decades.
As part of this transition, the majority of Tom’s clients will continue to be served by our experienced leadership team, including Partner Aimee Kowalker, Managing Partner Justin Radny and Principal Kate Seekell, along with the firm’s talented professional and administrative staff. We are committed to ensuring continuity and maintaining the high level of service and personal attention our clients have come to expect.
While Tom will continue to serve as trustee for certain client trusts, all tax and financial matters will continue seamlessly through our firm.
Please join us in congratulating Tom on an extraordinary career and thanking him for his many years of dedication, professionalism, mentorship, and friendship. We wish him a long, healthy, and well-deserved retirement.
Sincerely,
Kurzman, Dempsey & Kowalker, LLP
