Good News, MOAR friend! We have received an extension for MOAR feedback!
Hello MOAR Friends,

The Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, Massachusetts Department of Public Health put out an RFI (Request for Information ) asking all for feedback on how to use one time only Federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration recently released COVID emergency relief funding as a supplement to the Substance Abuse Block Grant.

This funding was appropriated as part of The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplement Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260) and is designed to assist in our response to the COVID-19 pandemic and will be available from March 2021 through March 2023.

MOAR and The RIZE Foundation developed this multiple choice survey to help inform the RFI process to use the funds in a way that would be most helpful. This is your opportunity to have your voice heard in the development of one time only funding that might make a difference to individuals and families afflicted by addiction

Take the Survey and use your Visible, Vocal, and Valuable Voice in a Virtually, Victorious way!

We would like to receive answers by April 20th, to deliver results to BSAS by April 23rd

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALREADY, PLEASE DISREGARD
