Weather Advisory from National Weather Service Charleston Office
Current Watches, Warnings, and Advisories for Today, Friday April 19th
 
Severe thunderstorms could impact our area later this afternoon.

1. Widespread damaging winds are possible in excess of 75 mph for parts southeast South Carolina 
2. Isolated tornadoes are possible
3. Locally heavy rain is expected
4. Isolated hail could occur

Current warnings or watches:

  • Wind Advisory: Beaufort, Coastal Jasper and Coastal Chatham through 5 pm.
  • High Surf Advisory: coastal counties until 8 pm.
  • Gale Warning: All waters, in effect starting at various times Friday morning continuing through Friday evening
  • High Risk of Rip Currents: All beaches today.

Weather Alert From The RBC Heritage Foundation Issued 4/19/19
  • RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing officials are asking spectators to prepare for immanent severe weather. 

  • A line of thunderstorms is forecasted to move across Hilton Head at 1:30PM, with the potential to be severe with strong winds and heavy rainfall.  

  • Skyboxes and hospitality areas are closed and no spectators will be allowed into the tournament at this time. Spectators on the course are asked to evacuate. 

  • Should play resume today, hospitality venues will NOT reopen, but spectators will be allowed back on the course.

Hangtag Distribution
  • Hangtags can be picked up at the Sea Pines CSA Administration Office at 175 Greenwood Drive (refer to CSA Office tournament hours listed above). For a full list of restricted roadways in Sea Pines that require a hangtag click here.

Construction and large delivery Restrictions during Heritage week
  • All construction activity within Sea Pines will be suspended during the week of the Heritage, this includes large truck deliveries. If you have questions or for special request please contact Sea Pines Security at 843.671.7170.

CBS TV Compound Closure Information- Planned road closure on Baynard Cove Road from Plantation Drive to Turnberry Lane in effect through April 25th

  • The Television Compound for the 2019 RBC Heritage Golf Tournament is located on Baynard Cove Road between Plantation Drive and Turnberry Lane.

  • There is currently a road closure on Baynard Cove Road from Plantation Drive to Turnberry Lane which is in effect through April 25th.

To ensure quorum for the annual meetings, please return your proxy to 175 Greenwood Drive, postmarked by April 22 nd  in advance of the annual meeting. 

IN PERSON SEATING IS SOLD OUT
We are limited by fire code to seating the first 315 property owners who reserved a ticket through our Event Brite registration system. As of Friday afternoon 4/5/19, in person seating for the Annual Meeting is sold out. Please join us via webinar.
