Dear Friends, Is supporting sustainability efforts in Contra Costa County important to you? At Sustainable Contra Costa, we work to connect folks throughout the County with resources to save money in the home, increase their knowledge of local climate action, and reduce their carbon footprint. With 2020’s unique challenges, we need your help to connect with more Contra Costa residents and build a healthier, more resilient community in 2021 and beyond. Together, we can create a brighter future. Will you help our cause and donate today? Your support will help us reach more people and have a greater impact on the lives of everyone in Contra Costa County and beyond. Every dollar counts. How will your generous donation make an impact? You will help us reach our goal of engaging 2,250 households in the Cleaner Contra Costa Challenge; doing so will connect people to actions they can take to save money and energy in the home, connect with others, and measure their progress. So far, we have saved 189 TONS of carbon dioxide!

With your generosity, we will be able to create and produce our acclaimed monthly show, “Sustainability LIVE” which has featured guests sharing the latest tips on a wide variety of topics from water conservation to youth climate action.

Our work will help local governments and municipal districts meet their climate action, water conservation, and waste-reduction goals with measurable results. So far, we have partnered with the Cities of Antioch, Martinez, Moraga, Pleasant Hill, Pittsburg, San Pablo, and Walnut Creek to reach their residents with empowering messages and resources.
