Thank you to all attendees including credit union representatives, guests, vendors, Share One staff, and the Share One Board of Directors that attended our second ever virtual SYNC conference.

Thank you for your participation and support throughout the day. We look forward to seeing you hopefully in-person next year on our tentative dates of October 11-13 at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, TN.

The morning and afternoon session recordings and vendor video links of the SYNC 2021 Virtual Conference are available now to watch on the customer portal. You will need to log in to the customer portal and click the Events button to locate the videos.

Share One Installations Team Project Manager – Credit Card Products.

Andrew Taylor has joined the Share One Installations team as Project Manager – Credit Card Products.

Andrew is a Tennessee native who has lived in the Memphis area for over a decade. He has over 15 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector with expertise in team leadership, fundraising, public speaking, and intercultural communication. He has also spent an extensive amount of time living abroad in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda and continues to support ministry efforts there. In his free time, he enjoys reading, sports, volunteering, Mello Yello, deep conversations, and spending time with his family.
Jay Carlock will be Transitioning to a National Account Executive Role

Jay Carlock will be transitioning soon to be a National Account Executive for Share One. He will be taking over Laura Stewart's formerly assigned clients. Jay joined the Customer Support department back in February of 2021. Jay attended the University of Memphis and studied Sports and Leisure Management. Since 2014, he has accumulated a wide and varied experience in financial services including lending, consulting, and management while working in the banking industry. Adding his great energy, enthusiasm, and versatility to the Share One team, he now has over half of year's worth of experience in the customer support area in the credit union industry. He is now excited to move to the Sales department and take on the new role of National Account Executive.
Jennifer Charles will be Transitioning to a Project Manager - Credit Cards Position

Jennifer Charles was selected as Project Manager of Credit Card Products for Share One. Jennifer will transition from Support to this position in the coming weeks.

Jennifer Charles joined the Customer Support team in March of 2021. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis, and has worked in the credit union industry for over 11 years.

Jennifer comes to Share One from a local Memphis credit union where she managed the online, mobile, and card platforms. She has additional experience in marketing, along with retail and hospitality.
Jameka Calhoun is Promoted to Card Products Manager

Jameka Calhoun has been promoted to the Card Products Manager position. She has been a part of many conversions and a countless number of add-on projects.

Since she has been at Share One, she has worked as a Project Manager in the Installations department for 7 years, as well as in Client Tech Support for a few short months. 

She hopes to be a valuable resource in the new journey as the Card Product Manager for many years to come. 

Let's take a glance back at Jameka's previous journey.

As an alumna of the University of Memphis, she obtained her BS degree in Computer Engineering Technology.  

This led her to the opportunity to move from being a Scheduling Coordinator to an IT/Operations Coordinator in Texas for 2 years. She also worked as an IT Manager for 4 years at a successful international hotel company call center in Illinois. Eventually, she relocated back to Tennessee and rejoined the same hotel company as a Level 1 and Level 2 Technical Support Specialist for 5 years. She very briefly worked as a Technical Support Analyst for Methodist Le Bonheur Hospitals for 3 months before accepting a position at Share One. 
Jeremy Harris was Promoted QA Analyst I

Jeremy Harris has been promoted from Add-On Project Manager to Quality Assurance Analyst Level I.

Jeremy Harris joined the Customer Support team in July 2015 and was promoted to Quality Assurance Analyst this month. He earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Memphis and recently celebrated his 6 year anniversary with Share One.

Prior to joining Share One, he worked in banking in multiple positions. He also has additional experience in management, marketing, retail and operations.
Tammi Johnson was Promoted to QA Analyst II

Tammi Johnson has been promoted from a Software QA Analyst I to an Analyst II on the QA Team.

Tammi began her career with Share One in February 2015 in the Support Department where she spent her time gaining a deep understanding of the NewSolutions Core system before moving to the Development QA team in June of 2019.

Prior to coming to Share One, Tammi worked for over twenty years at several financial institutions and held positions in consumer lending, branch management, business banking, bank operations, audit, and compliance.
Ron Robertson was Promoted to QA Analyst II

Ron Robertson has been promoted from Quality Assurance Analyst Level I to Level II.

Ron Robertson started with the Customer Support team in September 2016 and was promoted to Quality Assurance Analyst in May 2018. His promotion is an indicator of the type of work he produces. He earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and recently celebrated his 5 year anniversary with Share One.

Prior to Share One, Ron spent nearly 17 years managing accounts for a company in the Cooperative Advertising industry.
NSMobile Rewrite Update!

NSMobile Update:

We anticipate the new NSMobile application becoming available for testing in 1QTR 2022. Our MVP production release is expected in 2QTR 2022 followed by future enhancements and revisions. Please keep an eye out for announcements regarding becoming a tester for the new mobile application.

Are you plugged into the S1 Community?
 
The S1 Community is now live and improving our case management system.

This system is designed to serve you better and improve the way we track, monitor, and work your support cases.
We've listened to the feedback received regarding case management in the S1 Community. In an effort to address concerns, we have some exciting enhancements coming over the next couple of months. The first item we will be addressing is the ability to see all communication in one place. The Case Comments section will be removed and a new Activity Feed will be added. Don't worry, your Case Comments are visible in the Activity Feed! In this feed, both clients and Share One employees will be able to see both sides of a conversation in the threads.

As an added bonus, images can be seen in the body of the message, rather than being referenced in the Files section. Additionally, users will receive an email when a response is made, and they will be able to respond to the message straight from their email. More details, including a training webinar will be announced soon.
As part of the new S1 Community program, all credit unions will need to assign an S1 Community point of contact and supply any additional associated email addresses.
 
This person will be granted a license for viewing and monitoring cases in the Community.
 
Additional users can be added. There will be an annual fee of $72 per user for additional staff. This will not impact the credit union's ability to assign multiple contacts for follow-up on cases.

Hosted Citrix Password Reset Guide

If you are a hosted customer, then you are in luck! While there are two logins to access NewSolutions (one being a Citrix user managed by Share One and the other being a NewSolutions user you manage yourself), there is now a way to reset your own password without ever having to ask.

This guide walks you through setting up a password reset profile to ask secret questions so you can reset your own password without asking. The guide can be accessed on the link below.
