As mentioned in the message sent at the beginning of the semester, QC Campus Eats (QCCE) is Queens College’s new food service vendor. QCCE is working diligently to open various dining concepts around campus to serve our diverse community. QCCE will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner options daily at various locations, including the Dining Hall, Student Union, Library, Science Building, and the second floor of Kiely Hall. These dining options will open on a staggered basis as QCCE continues to expand its services over the next few weeks. Thank you for your patience! We appreciate all those members of the college community who participated in the review and consideration process.
The following locations are currently open for service:
- The Student Union is open for all food services (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Kosher grab and go options, including sandwiches, salads, and meals, are available.
- Chinese Gourmet in the Main Dining Hall.
- Halal food truck on the Quad.
- Mr. Sandwich food truck on the Quad.
- Empanada food truck on the Quad.
- New Science Building open for grab and go (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
QCCE is excited to announce that Kosher Dining in the Main Dining Hall is scheduled to open the week of October 28. Food will be provided by Mama’s Kitchen.
Note: The college and QCCE work closely with members of the college’s halal and kosher communities to ensure that the dietary law requirements of our campus community are met. QCCE offers HMS-certified (Halal Monitoring Services) halal food; kosher certifications include VHQ (Vaad Harabonim of Queens) for meat and CHK (Beis Din of Crown Heights Vaad Hakashrus) for dairy.
We look forward to working with QC Campus Eats to provide a variety of dining options for our community. Please continue to check your email for updates.
