Candlelight Yin
with Sarah Montgomery
Take the time to slow down during this candlelit workshop. Yin yoga is a deep physical and profound emotional practice seeking stillness in the body and mind. Poses are held mostly on the ground anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes. Holding a pose for time allows for a deep stretch of the connecting tissue. Sitting in stillness creates space for thoughts and emotions to arise. This introspective workshop can help clear your mind, improve concentration and increase flexibility.
