You may notice a change in this month’s newsletter format. Based on feedback we’ve received, we’ve made a few adjustments to improve how we share updates and information with you! In the next few weeks, we look forward to sharing what we've been able to accomplish with your help this past fiscal year!

With healthcare access continuing to shift across both New Hampshire and Vermont, our focus remains on meeting the care needs of our neighbors here in the Upper Valley. Thank you for your continued support in making sure this work remains possible.

Everyone has a role to play in supporting the health of our community. And there are several ways for you to help contribute! All of the support we receive helps us reach more of our neighbors in need of care.

A recent conversation with one patient offered insight into how these efforts of integrating food access into care are actually going. Through the small shelf-stable patient food pantry, cooking classes led by a volunteer medical provider, and new community partnerships, we're continuing to expand this work to meet the needs of our community.
