Parking This Sunday

Please be aware that parking this Sunday is likely to be at capacity so plan ahead. In addition to our lot, parking is available at the District Education Center (1520 Mahtomedi Ave.) and on side streets. This helps to free up our lot spaces for those with limited mobility or families with small children. And thank you for being mindful on neighbors' access to driveways when parking on the side streets.

Join Monarca & the WBUUC community for a Democracy Defense training to learn actions we can take to secure voting rights and ensure every voice matters. Childcare is available, request by June 10th.

General Assembly (GA), the UUA’s annual meeting, gathers us for worship, witness, learning & policy-making through a democratic process. Sunday worship is the heart of GA, uniting our community in spirit through music, preaching & ritual, renewing our commitment to justice, compassion & community. Join the worship watch party! Participating congregations: Dakota UU, First Unitarian Society, First Universalist Church, Lake Fellowship, Merging Waters, Minnesota Valley, Pilgrim House, Unity Church, UU Minnetonka and WBUUC. If you are interested in carpooling - looking for a ride or willing to be a driver - please check the signup sheet on the Social Action table in the social hall after the Sunday services on either June 7 or June 14. Bobbo (Rev. Jack's dog) & Rack wanted to pupdate you...the chancel extension is finally here! After the successful fund-a-need campaign for choir risers, we contracted a removable, modular extension for the chancel to be built so the risers could fit in the middle of the sanctuary. In addition to making choir concerts at WBUUC possible, this chancel extension will make the sanctuary a more flexible space for community performances and events–plus we'll utilize the extension and risers during special worship services.

Summer Building Hours

The church building and office are open between the hours of 10am-2pm on Tuesday-Thursday. If you need to get into the building on a Monday or Friday, please contact the office to schedule that appointment.
