Dear VCS Community,
Falcon Fun Run Update
We did it, Falcons! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our VCS families, friends, and sponsors, our 5th Annual Falcon Fun Run raised an amazing $97,625!
We are so grateful to everyone who donated, participated, and cheered on our students. Your support makes a lasting impact by helping us continue to invest in our students, teachers, and the future of Vacaville Christian School. Thank you for making this year's Fun Run a tremendous success!
What Makes an Education Excellent?
What does an excellent education look like? It includes strong academics, but it also means students are known, challenged, and encouraged to grow in character, faith, and confidence. In our latest “Choosing a School” article, Six Questions Every Family Should Ask, we explore the questions that help families look beyond first impressions and consider the values, relationships, and opportunities that shape a child’s experience. At VCS, we’re committed to bringing those pieces together through a distinctly Christian education that prepares students for what comes next.
For our current families, we hope the article affirms the many ways VCS is distinctive and the partnership you’ve chosen for your child. It may also be a helpful resource for a friend or neighbor who is thinking about schools. Some of the best conversations about education begin with families sharing what they’ve seen and experienced in their own community!
Country Fair
Next Thursday, October 22nd, we hope you’ll join us on the Elementary Playground for Country Fair! This favorite VCS tradition brings our community together for an evening of fun, food, and fellowship, with booths that support our classes and clubs. Tickets are available now into next week, and also at the event. To honor our staff and their hard work, the VCS campus will be closed Friday, October 23rd, with no school or extended care.
