Bradt's Menagerie Opens for 10th Year by Emma Cline If you're not following Bradt's Menagerie on Facebook, you should be! It was so fun to take a look at all of the pictures shared during Spring Break of visitors enjoying their time at the petting zoo.

Bradt's Menagerie opened last week during Spring Break for their 10th year, which is amazing! Visitors from all over Oklahoma and beyond travel to Alva to visit the state's largest petting farm each year, making Bradt's Menagerie an important landmark in Northwest OK. Even if you're a local Alva native, you MUST spend a day at Bradt's Menagerie this season! Once you do, you will realize how lucky we are to have them here. The Menagerie is now open every Saturday (weather permitting) from 10AM-5PM. The petting farm also allows school groups to visit during weekdays by appointment, so contact them to set up a field trip for your class if you're an educator! Admission to the petting farm is $6/person, which includes a small feed cup for the animals. Animal rides on a camel or steer are $10/person. You can also buy a family season pass for $100, which admits your household for the whole season. Check them out soon!
