Rent is due on the 1st-5th of each month

A late payment fee will be charged to any payments made after the 5th of each month

Community Reminders

Shared Spaces: Please be mindful that common areas are for everyone to enjoy.

Parking: Parking is limited, so please be courteous and park within the designated spaces.

If your vehicle is inoperable or broken down, it cannot remain in the parking lot for an extended period. Vehicles left for weeks or months will be towed.

Drive Carefully - Children live and play throughout the community. Slow down and always look twice.

Maintenance Requests: If there’s anything you need, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!

Package Reminder: Make sure to retrieve your packages from the package room in a timely manner!

Do not leave trash in the common hallways

Gym & Package Room Access – Keys were distributed for the new lock. If you need a replacement key, the cost is $50 (no exceptions).

Gym Equipment Coming Mid-April - The Smith machine and kettlebells have been ordered and are expected to arrive around mid-April.

Security Reminder – Please lock your cars, remove valuables, and set alarms if you have them.

Vehicle Safety Reminder - Keep car doors locked, remove valuables, activate your alarm.
A steering wheel lock (like "The Club") is still one of the most effective theft deterrents.

Report suspicious activity immediately -- if you see something, say something!

Renters Insurance Update – Effective with your next lease renewal, we now require that your renters insurance policy include $300,000 in personal liability coverage.

If this is not updated, we will apply a $25 monthly fee and list ourselves as an additional interest.

If you're still working on it, the IRS Free File program at irs.gov is worth a look if you qualify.

Earth Day is Wednesday, April 22nd.

You don't have to overhaul your life, just focus on the small stuff.

Recycle what you can, cut a light or two, and maybe take a walk and enjoy the season.

Gym and Package Room Information

Gym and package room hours are from 8:30 AM to 9:00PM. If residents can't adhere to these times, we may need to close the package room entirely!

We have made important changes to gym and package room access.

Keys are now required to enter these areas; the previous code entry system has been discontinued.
If you need a replacement key, the cost is $50 — no exceptions.

Thank you for your understanding as we continue to improve the safety and convenience of our community spaces.

When your package arrives, please pick it up as soon as possible so there’s room for everyone’s deliveries. Thank you for helping keep the area neat and organized!
