CSA Beach Shuttle Service Begins This Saturday 3/23

Community Services Associates, Inc. will utilize one of our empty parking lots and operate a shuttle service to and from the lot to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

Who can use the beach shuttle service?

Sea Pines property owners
Sea Pines property owners personal guests and family members
Sea Pines weekly rental pass guest
Long term renters and their personal guests

**During hours of operation, a lot attendant will be present and day visitors will not be allowed access.

Route Schedule

The Beach Shuttle will operate from March 23, 2019 through September 2, 2019 (Labor Day) from 9 AM- 5 PM, seven days a week.

Lot Locations

In order to accommodate previously committed storage needs for the Heritage Golf Tournament, the following locations will be used for Beach Shuttle parking:

Saturday, March 23 – Saturday, April 13

Parking at Lot 2 (Located off of Greenwood Drive near the Trolley Station)

Sunday, April 14 – Sunday, April 21

Parking Lot 6 (Located off of Greenwood Drive adjacent to the Lawton Canal Service Road entrance, across from Lawton Stables)

Monday, April 22 – Saturday, May 11

Parking at Lot 2 (Located off of Greenwood Drive near the Trolley Station)

Sunday, May 12 – Monday, September 2

Parking Lot 8 (Located off of Greenwood Drive nearest Fraser Circle)

How long will this service be provided?

The Beach Shuttle Service will be monitored during the season and will be fully evaluated after Labor Day of 2019 to determine its continued service or discontinuation .

Updates From The Sea Pines CSA

Maintenance Department

Tree Work along Plantation Dr. (Between Lighthouse Rd. and Baynard Park)

Work scheduled for: 3/19, 3/20, 3/21
Work hours: 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM
During this work the roadway and leisure trails will be open. We ask that you use caution when traveling through the area as it may be an active work zone.

Quarterly Flower Rotation In Progress

Crews continue the process of removing the old flowers from CSA managed flower beds.

The flowers are being staged just to the east of the CSA Maintenance yard located at 4 Lawton Canal Road.

Once staged, flowers will be available for pick up by Sea Pines Property Owners on a first come, first serve basis.
