Interim Housing Referral & Matching Process Update

Support Resources and Reminders

Dear Providers,

We are now fully implemented with this FY’s Interim Housing (IH) Referral & Matching Process  - including Family Interim Housing projects and other projects new to the HMIS Inventory Module.

As a reminder, with the updated workflow, LAHSA Matchers continue to match participants to City of Los Angeles-funded beds, while HSH Matchers are matching participants to County-funded beds.

The Portfolios assigned to each matching team are provided below:

Countywide Tier 1 Community Queue

Please note that providers may experience some delays in matching from the Countywide Tier 1 Interim Housing Community Queue as new workflows and operational processes are fully implemented. Participants continue to retain their position in the Community Queue.

We appreciate your patience as we work together to implement these enhancements.
