Meeting Updates

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer!

We need to schedule our session for September. If you have ideas for a topic please let me know! We are always looking for feedback from the group!

We are busy planning our Our Annual event, scheduled for November 11 & 12 with labs on the 13. We are excited to have Steve Will, Chief Architect of the IBM i, to be our Keynote speaker! We have a great list of speakers - Mike Pavlak, Charlie Guarino, Larry Bolhuis, Erwin Earley and Wim Jongman. Check out our speaker page for all of our fabulous speakers. We are also looking for an IBM i user to share their story at our conference. If you are interested please let me know!

We are having a networking event Sunday night prior to the Annual MAGiC Conference at Top Golf again! This was a great way to get to know the other ibm i users and meeting the speakers and vendors. We have added a Murder Mystery dinner on Monday night. We love to solve problems - so why not solve a murder! Will be great fun!

For our May meeting Wim Jongman presented how to utilize Jenkins in an IBM i environment. Do you wonder how to incorporate your IBM i processes with Jenkins? Wim illustrated what can be done with Jenkins and the IBM i. He will shared how the intERPrise Open Source project has used Jenkins and how you can too!
