Make it a September to remember for your pup! We’ve got a calendar full of fun events, so be sure to reserve your dog’s spot in daycare by scheduling appointments in advance. We don't want them to miss out on the fun! 

RSVP your pup for daycare to ensure their spot is booked ahead of time. We will be booking to capacity with Summer breaks ending, 2 legged kids back in school, and daycare days increasing.

If your pup is not enrolled in our Weekly Wellness program, inquire with our team about the benefits of a regular program for your pup!

Summer is coming to an end officially with Labor Day! Our lobby will be closed to daycare on Monday September 2!

It’s time for all pumpkin everything! We’re celebrating the beginning of fall by throwing a Pumpkin Party complete with our pumpkin pup cups!
National Dog Week

Everything we do is for the love of the dog! We’re making this week extra special for your pups by organizing a different event each day, including a Fall photo shoot and Fall inspired treats!
National Service Dog Month
The Dogtopia Foundation is near and dear to our hearts, and we’re honored to have the opportunity to raise money to fund the training of service dogs. We are currently collecting for our SIXTH service dog for a Veteran!

All month long, we will be hosting Donation event days in an effort to meet our $6,000 goal.

Operational Updates
Safety Reminders

Thank you for choosing us for your pup's daycare! As a reminder to our Pet Parents on a few of our safety focuses:
  • All vaccinations must be up to date for all daycare, boarding, spa, and training services
  • All pups must be spayed/neutered on the 1st day of the 7th month after their birthdate
  • All pups at 8 lbs. will play with like weight pups in our Wee Pen in the Toy Box
Questions about any of the safety policies mentioned? Ask our daycare staff!
Dogtopia App Updates
In June, our Support Office rolled out a new work management system that improves how we manage our operations. As with large IT roll outs, there are glitches that can occur. We understand our App has been a bit "hairy" the past few weeks. We appreciate your patience while these bugs get worked out.

Should you have an issue please email app@dogtopia.com first. Should this not bring resolution, go to our website to book or schedule an appointment. Still having issues? Call us at 847-350-1115.
Payment Reminders
Payments for all services are due at the time of service. If we do not have a credit card on file, please bring payment at pick up. For weekly enrollment, recurring payments will occur every Sunday prior to the week of service. We will not be able to carry a balance due, so please plan accordingly. We accept cash and credit cards.
