Dear Prayer Partner

Now for the good news! I’ve just returned from Switzerland and one of the most powerful meetings that I have been in for a long time. The church in Biel is unique, it is a predominantly white church (85%) but with a Pastor from Ghana! I was last there 4 years ago, but the church has grown rapidly both numerically and spiritually. The Pastor is not only a man on fire but energising the whole church. They had just finished their School of Ministry with 40-50 candidates so on fire that they are spending the summer evangelising Switzerland!

These people from the former colonies are what we now need to re-energise us in Britain! God has, through the Holy Spirit, given me a link with these Spirit-filled dynamic and theologically sound ministries and their powerful witness. Some of their people are coming to join us in Wembley on 31st August. In Biel I shared in ministry with their leader, Apostle General Sam Ankrah, who has a church of 30,000 in Ghana and is vice president of the Pentecostal and Charismatic Council in Ghana. He not only inspired me but has agreed to work with me and will come to Wembley in August! His teaching this last weekend from Genesis 24 was a revelation!

Brexit. God called me to go to Westminster yesterday, and with a small group of intercessors we stood in the Central Lobby of Parliament and made a clear declaration that we shall leave the EU on March 29th. The confusion in Westminster (and in the whole of Britain) is demonic. The Bible clearly says God is not the author of confusion – so it is literally the spirit of Babylon which is causing our problems! We bound this spirit controlling Parliament and declared ‘That no power in this House or in the EU shall stop Brexit and that we shall leave on March 29th. That God is with us and His Will shall be done in the UK.’ Based on Mark 11:23 – this will happen. 

We now have to pray over two issues – our Prime Minister has requested a 3-month extension to Article 50, until June 30th. The EU ministers are meeting tomorrow and Friday to discuss this, so firstly we must pray urgently NOW, that the EU will not allow any extension so that, as we have declared, we shall leave on 29th March. Also, another point for urgent prayer, there is an attempt, in Parliament now, to pass a law that we will not leave on the 29th. This must not happen, we have declared by faith that every evil spirit shall be bound, and nothing can stop us leaving at the end of next week, March 29th!

In Switzerland this weekend, they told me that the EU has given an ultimatum to the Swiss that unless they agree to accept in total all EU laws and the jurisdiction of the ECJ by June, the EU will cut off Switzerland’s access to the trading and financial access to the EU! This will mean that Switzerland will lose her national sovereignty and be a vassal state of the EU with no voting rights – or lose all trade access! This is exactly what would have happened to us if we had accepted Theresa May’s Chequers deal! (See the report in Monday’s online Business Section of the Telegraph, 18 March).

This means that we have to pray urgently now and for the next 10 days – claiming deliverance and that God will fulfil His purposes for this nation!

I can already see the problems which are coming here in this nation and we are going to need powerful prayer to heal our nation. I believe that this is why God has put in my heart to call the nation to prayer in Wembley on August 31st. We need a call to HEAL our NATION, Bring Spiritual Awakening, restore Unity, heal the divisions which the devil has put on us to weaken us so that if we in the church are divided, the devil will take control. We Bible Believing Christians are the only ones who can, if we stand united in prayer, bring healing and restore our Godly heritage.
