Hi,

When companies like Kraft Heinz, Ralph Lauren, and Whirlpool hire one of the nation's largest health insurers, you'd expect their healthcare dollars to be in good hands.

But a recent lawsuit against UnitedHealth raises some very uncomfortable questions.

Six major employers allege their health plans paid improper, inflated, and even fraudulent medical claims while the company administering those claims collected fees and restricted access to important claims data.

These allegations are being contested, but the warning to employers is clear.

Being the biggest doesn't necessarily mean acting in your best interest.

And if companies with enormous purchasing power and sophisticated finance departments are raising these concerns, what about employers with 50, 100, or 500 employees?

At BritePath Benefits, we believe every employer deserves independent oversight, transparent claims data, and a healthcare strategy designed around their interests—not the financial interests of the organizations administering their plans.

The question isn't how big your insurance company is. It's who's protecting your money.
