We thank you for continuing your service this year with ASCLS-Wisconsin. You are a leader within this state society and you should be recognized as such.

This email is a reminder to please fill out this Board Service Award form and give the organization a chance to recognize hard working volunteer leaders like you. If you have already submitted your form, thank you and you may disregard this email. This award gives ASCLS-WI the chance to showcase your efforts, and it is also an opportunity for other members to see how they can get involved.

The purpose of this award is to recognize members who have given outstanding service to ASCLS-WI during the current year. A point system is used to determine awardees of either the Board Service Award or the Board Certificate of Recognition. Please complete the application by March 15.

Award Winners will be recognized at the ASCLS-WI State Convention in April!
