Quarter 1 Student Evaluations

K-5 student evaluations for Quarter 1 are now available in the Powerschool Parent Portal. We ask that parents please log on to the parent portal to view your child's evaluations. The portal will be opened temporarily for you to view your students' report card(s).

  • If your child was a student at Archway Trivium last year, you will use the same login as last year.
  • If you have new students for the 2026-27 school year (example: returning 4th grader but a new kindergartener or new from outside of the Great Hearts network), you received an email with their Access ID and Password information to add them to your existing account on August 27, 2026.
  • If you are new to Archway Trivium this year but attended another Great Hearts school last year, you will still use the same login and password that you used last year.

You can access the Powerschool Parent Portal website here. We have found that using Google Chrome or Firefox as your web browser is best. Please reach out to Stefany Dean at sdean@archwaytrivium.org if you have any questions about your Powerschool Parent Portal account.

Lost & Found Reminder

Our Lost and Found is full of lunch boxes, water bottles, etc. Please remind your students to periodically check the Lost and Found for missing items. Lost and Found items are kept in the Archway MPR. Unclaimed items will be available during Conferences in the breezeway outside the MPR for parents to look through. After that time, these items will be donated.

Communication Updates

Latest News image.png

School Messenger Communication

Great Hearts and Archway Trivium continue to utilize the system School Messenger for emails, robo-calls, and text messaging to inform families of campus related academy emergencies and other communications. SchoolMessenger has a new automatic opt-in for text feature. During the registration/re-enrollment process families confirmed their wish to participate in text communications. Great Hearts will now automatically opt in contact information given during the registration/re-enrollment process with the options you selected. You will notice at the beginning of July you will be opted in for text messaging. If you would like to opt out of text messages simply reply STOP to the text from 67585. You can also enter the code 67585 with the message STOP to block any text messaging. Please note, if opting out, you will not receive texts regarding emergencies on campus.

Email Communications

If you know of parents who are not receiving these communications, please ask them to check their junk/promotions email folders, and then email bmcdonald@archwaytrivium.org for assistance.

You can also find all school-wide communications on our website on the Latest News page.
