We know this has been an incredibly difficult week. We wanted to bring you some positive news during a week of such sadness and loss.
The 2021-2022 school year was an extremely successful one for HIP and its partner high schools.
The HIP program was implemented in public, private and charter schools across Florida in Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Pinellas counties.
During this school year alone, HIP trained over 2,500 11th and 12th grade peer educators who gained valuable skills in public speaking, discussion facilitation, classroom management and leadership training.
Over 50,000 9th grade students received the HIP program, gaining critical health information, strategies and coping skills.
