DCPC 2026 Stewardship Season

Stewardship season invites us to reflect on why we give to the ministries of DCPC and the impact our giving and involvement has on the common good of our community. Click on the videos below to hear why Jon Ridgway and his wife, Holly, give to DCPC and why some of our choir members are so supportive of our music ministry.

What is depression? Depression can affect anyone, and it doesn't always look the same. Persistent sadness, loss of interest in activities, changes in sleep or energy, and difficulty concentrating can all be signs of depression. A free screening can help you recognize symptoms and decide whether you'd like to learn more or seek support. Click here or us scan the QR code to take the depression test.

Asking for help can be difficult, but you don't have to know exactly what to say or where to begin. Talking with someone you trust—a friend, family member, health-care professional, or spiritual leader—can be a first step toward getting support. SAMHSA offers practical suggestions for starting that conversation.

If you are interested in mental health awareness the library has books for youth and adults on this topic. See the online church library catalog below and select the List Tab to see the books for adult and youth mental health. Some books on mental health are already on display in the library.
