The Neighborhood Watch Event Was A Success!
What everyone should know!
  • Get to know your neighbors, relationships, and communication is critical. 
  • If you SEE something SAY something.
  • Always lock your car. Do not keep purses or valuable in your car.
  • Keys should stay inside away from the front door
  • Invest in a camera device or motion activated lights that detects motion near your residence.
  • Place lights in specific areas so that criminals don’t have places to hide.
  • Keep keys near your bed and set off car alarm if anything strange is occurring or if there is an emergency
  • Always lock doors no matter what. Invest in metal screen doors and anything else that makes it harder on criminals.
  • Please call police non-emergency at 480-312-5000. (dialing #6 will take you to a live agent immediately)
  • Any type of crime in process or emergency should warrant a call to 911 immediately. 
  • Update your NW captain after so they can share it with the neighborhood.
Sher will list the event on Craigslist and place signs. Text or email a picture of any special items you are selling and the picture will go in the ad.
If you have up to 10 items you want to donate they will be sold, and the proceeds will go to help fund the social committee.

Coffee!
Our Social Committee will be having a coffee and snack on Saturday, April 22 at 10am for all VM III residents at the Ramada. We look forward to seeing you, and meeting our newest residents as well! The entry is $2.
Time to Paint?
If you are not sure if it's time to paint, run your hand down a stucco area on your house. If your hand comes away with chalky residue it's time to paint.
