CLOSET "SURGERY" ON SALE

Whether you are an impulse shopper or a planner, now is a good time to review what is in your closet. The goal of closet "surgery" is that every day options should be in your most becoming colors, should fit and should be in style. I can pull together outfits you never dreamed of wearing together using your own clothing. You might consider doing closet surgery" before shopping so you know what you already have and what you might need.

Pictures are taken so no need to memorize all your new outfits. I suggest items you might consider purchasing to update your wardrobe and where to get them. Or, of course, you can hire me to find them.

Do not let the fall fashion magazines or websites be your standard. Know your own most becoming colors and flattering styles. If you haven't had your colors, face shape or body type analyzed, consider e-mailing me for an appointment., It will take the guesswork out of shopping.

How To Shop When Losing Weight

Many are on the new weight-loss drugs and losing weight. It is exciting to see yourself slimming down. However, my advice is not to buy something you will "shrink" into; invest in a couple of things that fit now. Anything with lycra or spandex will hold its shape if you lose (or gain) a few pounds. And once you reach your goal weight, do not invest in a whole new wardrobe until you have kept the weight off for 6 months.
