On Thursday, May 13th, the Los Angeles City Area Planning Commission will review theVista El Serenohousing development. BIA-LAV has helped testify on this project over several public hearings and we are motivated to see it move forward.
This 42 unit single-family housing project is being built by theTrue Life Companies, and is located in the City of Los Angeles. The property proposed for development has been vacant and deteriorating for many years; this housing development will be filling a gap on an otherwise vibrant residential block, bringing investment to the community!
