Charles County Gun Ban - PIA Response

Dear John,

This report is limited to the proposed Charles County Gun Ban - Bill 2022-14.

We received a response to our PIA request for information on the locations impacted by Bill 2022-14. While the Office of the Charles County Attorney's response does not include the requested land plats, it does contain 5 pages of locations where guns will be prohibited if Bill 2022-14 becomes law.

NOTES:

  • If you have already registered for the Zoom meeting and have received a confirming email, there is no need to re-register.
  • A secondary distribution list was created for those who were not on 2A Maryland's email list but registered for the Zoom meeting. This was done so you could receive this updated informational email. Your contact information will be deleted after the Bill 2022-14 question is resolved and you will receive no further emails.
