The View at Mine Hill, located in the Township of Mine Hill, Morris County New Jersey, offers ten affordable 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom apartments for rent to income-qualified households. A random selection will be held on May 30, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. for all preliminary applications received on or before 3:00 PM, January 10th, 2023. Subsequent to the deadline, applications will be processed on a "first-come, first served" basis until the waiting list is closed. A preference will be given to households that live or work in Essex, Morris, Union or Warren Counties. Up to 5 of the affordable apartments are being set aside for qualified veterans must be income qualified AND be eligible under N.J.A.C. 54:4-8.10 AND be able to provide form DD214 to verify qualified service as set forth therein. |
