In an effort to evaluate business recovery efforts, the City of Moorpark's Economic Development Division encourages all Moorpark-based businesses to partake in the 2022 Business Climate Survey. This survey seeks information about Moorpark's business community needs and current conditions and will help City leadership and decision-makers make informed decisions on future recovery-related policies and resources.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:
  • Significantly impacted by COVID-19 pandemic
  • Earned $50,000 or less (primary means of income) in 2019
  • Operating in Ventura County
  • Did NOT receive a grant from the California Small Business COVID-19
  • Relief Grant Program (www.careliefgrant.com)
