Happy New Year mi gente!!! We are so happy to confirm our Live Online Salsa & Bachata Classes are back from today, running weekly Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat & Sun from wherever you are 🎥💻💃🕺🔥❤️🇵🇷🇩🇴🇨🇺🎶 There are classes for everybody, from absolute Beginners upwards, including Group or Private Classes, Solo or Partnerwork, Ladies Styling, and even KIDS SALSA. Come join us whenever you can, and please share with your friends, it’s super easy to join on any computer, tablet or mobile device. Pay-as-you-go & monthly packages available, and even Gift Vouchers to share with others. Dancing is great for us, both for our mental & physical well-being, it literally makes us happy, plus on top of that we will be together, albeit virtually, so even getting some much needed social interaction with Live teaching, questions & feedback. Our weekly Tuesdays & Saturdays 50:50 Beg/Imp sessions are great fun and a good introduction to both Salsa & Bachata footwork & body movement, giving beginners a solid base of all the most commonly used steps & turns, while also layering with plenty of variations & styling in the Improvers level, to suit the different experience levels.

Our weekly Wednesdays Partnerwork 50:50 classes are a good introduction to both Salsa & Bachata partner dancing, leading & following techniques, and turn-patterns. Using short combos, and offering two levels to suit the different experience levels.

KIDS SALSA with MAURICIO 👣👫🏽👨👩👦
Saturday mornings will never be the same again for me, hahhahahaha. Over the decades I've had lots of school teachers attending my adult dance classes and have been persuaded many times to go into their schools and teach salsa to their school kids. It's always been a great experience, but I've always been too busy to setup up regular kids classes until now. Due to many more recent requests by parents, here are my first ever classes designed specifically for children & families, on Zoom. I will aim a level suitable for ages 10-14 years old, but there is no reason why younger or older kids can't join if you think they will be ok. I will require Parents/Carers to please be present too, and you can judge for yourselves if the level is right for your child. Better still, I will encourage parents to join in if you think this will make the experience even better for your child also.

LADIES STYLING with JAYNE 💃🔥❤️🎶
The level will be suitable for all Improvers & Intermediates/Adv levels with Jayne offering plenty of variations for both to be challenged and learn something new. Jayne is such an amazing dancer and fantastic teacher, sassy & classy at the same time. Trained in ballet, tap & jazz from an early age, and attended stage school where she developed her love for acting. Discovered Salsa in her teens and started teaching at 21. Set up Mamboleo Dance Company with dance partner Gary Thomas, and taught & performed at various dance festivals at home & abroad. Proud resident LatinMotion teacher for many years in Birmingham also. Don’t miss her new Online (Live) & interactive dance classes, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, and receive feedback during the whole session. An automated email confirmation will be sent with the link for the Zoom online meeting. You should be able to enter the Meeting / Waiting Room 15mins before the class start time to familiarise yourself with the platform & class setup.
Before joining a Zoom meeting on a computer or mobile device, you can download the Zoom app in advance (for FREE) from the Download Centre (we recommend it). Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click a 'join' link. You can also join a test meeting to familiarise yourself with Zoom. You are not required to pay for any upgraded Zoom account, the free Basic plan is sufficient to join all our online classes.
If you are unable to install the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device, you can also join a meeting or webinar using the Zoom web client on your web browser.

ONSITE (Venue) CLASSES
We are continuing the suspension of all our on-site classes from December 2020 as Birmingham & Solihull have been categorised in Tier 3 & 4 local restrictions, but stay positive mi gente and we will dance together again. We hope to re-open as soon as it's allowed. In the meantime we hope you can join us for our Live Online classes. #StayHome #StaySafe #StayPositive 🙏🏼
