Dear Tepeyac School Community,
I am thrilled to announce our new leadership team. Meghan Murray and Lily De La Luz 06' will serve as President and Vice President of Mission, a new model for the school. After an extensive search, led by OLT board members, The Big Shoulders Fund, and the Archdiocese of Chicago, Our Lady of Tepeyac is poised to continue our success well into the future.
Meghan Murray has served on OLT’s advancement team for 16 years, the last 2 years as the Director of Advancement. Meghan brings a tremendous blend of leadership, fundraising, and marketing skills, along with a wealth of experience and a deep understanding and commitment to the values and mission of our Catholic, single gender school community. The first in her family to earn a four year degree, she is a graduate of John Carroll University. She has spent her entire working career in Little Village starting first at Amate House before joining OLT. She looks forward to continuing the traditions of Our Lady of Tepeyac High School and ensuring a strong foundation for future success.
Lily De La Luz 06' has served on the admissions team for 10 years, the last five years as the Director of Enrollment and Marketing. She has been an exceptional leader in growing the enrollment, engaging alumna and showcasing the incredible outcomes of Tepeyac’s mission driven programs. The first in her family to graduate college, she is a graduate of Loyola University, Chicago. Lily brings a wealth of experience and understanding of why families value the empowering education their daughters have received for nearly 100 years at Our Lady of Tepeyac/ St. Casimir.
Meghan will focus her efforts on leading in the areas of fundraising, academics, facilities and finance. Lily will focus on community and alumna engagement, school mission & culture and enrollment. Please join me in extending a warm congratulations to Meghan and Lily as they step up into their new roles. I look forward to working alongside them this next year as President Emerita to assist in the transition of leadership. I am confident that this new leadership team will inspire all of us to reach new heights as we continue to uphold the values of Opportunity, Service, Unity and Excellence at Our Lady of Tepeyac High School.
