Time to Pay Your Music Fees
|
|
The Annual Fees help to pay for uniforms, tee shirts, festival fees, and other supplies that support the students and the program. Program fees pay for coaching/instructors and other needs specific to that group.
2021-2022 Fees
Annual fee for band, orchestra or choir: $155 (one-time fee if in multiple groups)
Program Fees
Jazz I = $200
Jazz II = $100
Percussion = $50
Fiddle = $200
Camp fees:
Band Camp - $45
Orchestra Camp - $65
Choir Camp - $65
Note: Camp fees are typically $180-$200 to cover the costs of overnight lodging, meals, and coaching. Due to the shift to day camps this year, we don’t have lodging or as many meal expenses, which is why camp fees are so much lower.
ASB Card: $35 (band students only, to get into games)

Scholarships are Available!
It is our goal for all families to participate regardless of financial situation. If you need partial or full help paying for these fees, scholarships are available. Fill out the confidential form below to request a scholarship.

Band
Band Camp last weekend was a huge success! Thanks to Carol Cheyne and Mishelle Jin for all their work pulling food together, and to Mr. Gillespie and all the coaches, drum majors, and section leaders for their leadership and guidance.
Check out photos and videos on our Facebook and Instagram feeds, and stay tuned to next week’s newsletter for a video of the Drilldown (and who won!) and more photos!

Revisit Broadway's modern classic, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, featuring music from the beloved animated film and new songs written just for the stage version!
March 17, 18, 19 and 24, 25, 26
Spring 2022: A Midsummer Night’s Dream
In one of William Shakespeare’s most popular comedies, Theseus and Hippolyta prepare to marry, a misunderstanding erupts amongst lovers, and an acting troupe prepares for the stage—all under the watchful eyes of mischievous fairies.

Social Media Coordinator Needed

Help Us Fill Future Roles
Would you like to help train for a Group Rep position? Work side-by-side to train with our web editor? Our team is solid this year and at the end of the school year, several of our dedicated and wonderful volunteers will be graduating with their students. We would love to bring new parents onboard so they can “shadow” a group rep (band, jazz, orchestra, choir, theatre) and learn how to support the program. Or, work with the web editor to update the site for our community. The goal is to have a new team in place well before the end of the year so that these super heroes can enjoy the last few months with their seniors. Please email Jeannette Chen if you have interest in any positions that are coming online.
