Conscious Living invites you to reflect upon your life and ask yourself:

  • What is the biggest gift you have received in your life?
  • What are you most grateful for?

For me this is easy, I wake up every morning with deep gratitude for the priviledge of living in the USA. On May first I celebrated 28 years since my arrival in Pittsburgh.

When I was younger I never thought that I would one day live in the USA. I felt certain that I wouldn't stay in Germany, but always dreamed on living near the Mediterranean, possibly Spain. Obviously I lived in Israel at the Mediterranean Sea for eight and a half years and then, as the next steps of my life unfolded, I moved to Pittsburgh.

Just two years ago I discovered through Ancestral research that ancestors from my dad's lineage settled in Leopold, Missouri, in 1860 and I am in touch with a fifth Generation cousin.

I feel I listened to an ancestral call as I am receiving new information about the ancestors who moved here before me.

I am honored to be a recipient of the Immigrant Entrepreneur

Award by Global Pittsburgh and you are invited to read my story about Circling into Happiness:

I love being trilingual and the freedom to move mentally and spiritually through different perceptions of cultures and consciousness. Language can be very tricky and too often emotions and thoughts are impossible to translate into words. For me, some of my favorite words cannot be translated into other languages. One example, is the German ‘Aufbruchstimmung,’ which contains the essence of everything I love about life. Google translates ‘Aufbruchstimmung’ to ‘optimism.’ In Hebrew it translates to אופטימיות.

These translations are far, far away from its true meaning of the word and don’t even come close.

‘Aufbruchstimmung’ contains the deepest yearning of one’s soul to risk it all and to leave everything behind that one has ever known and start something totally new. It’s the sense of absolute excitement of what is still to come.

A true awakening.

I have felt this several times in my life and every time, the great unknown enticed me, I listened to the call, and those were truly the most rewarding steps I could ever have dared to take. I moved across continents and countries, started a new life elsewhere.

Nowadays, my most important journeys are inward and I cherish the spiritual quantum leaps that inform my life and bring new insights and meaning.

What will you do today to listen to your calling? What will you risk to truly know who you are?

Unleash Your Ancestral Power With Reflexology

You are invited to watch this interactive conversation about Holistic Reflexology and Ancestral Healing, which I had the honor to present to the British Reflexology Association.

We cannot be whole and complete as human beings and at the same time see ourselves as separate from our parents and the family into which we are born. Our strength comes from our families. It is an illusion to believe that we can deny our origin and still live a happy and fulfilled life.

This understanding is essential in Holistic Reflexology, where we look beyond the individual and see their health record in the greater context of their family of origin and the histories of their ancestors. The poignant reflex points to pay attention to are the kidney reflexes, the root chakra reflexes and the overall understanding of the relationship and differences between the left and the right foot. Learn more:

Are you ready to embark onto a fulfilling career path in the fast growing field of Holistic Medicine?

The enrollment for the 2026/27 Holistic Reflexology Certification Program has begun.

I am honored to bring the most comprehensive knowledge of

Holistic Reflexology from Israel to the US.

Please watch the short video and learn more.

Holistic Reflexology is a calm and soothing stimulation of the pressure points of the feet, it is based on Chinese Medicine and aims to restore health, balance and inner equilibrium.

I am in practice for more than 30 years and I received my Holistic Medicine education in Israel, where Holistic Reflexology is covered by health insurance, physicians write referrals and Holistic Reflexology is very well integrated in the health care system.

In 1998, I started my Holistic Medicine career in the US at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, at the Center for Integrative Medicine, on the team of Dr. David Servan-Schreiber.

In 2011 I translated my study material from Hebrew to English and taught the first program in 2012/2013.

If you have a friend who would enjoy this message, please do share.

Love and Blessings,
