| Follow us on social media! | | "Music with a Mission" Benefit Concert for Lazarus Ministries KC: Sunday, November 8 | |
Join us at Asbury on Sunday, Nov. 8 at 3 pm in the Sanctuary for a FREE concert from the Kansas City Metro Men's Chorus! The KCMMC was established in 2001 to help benefit charities all throughout the Kansas City area, and they do so by performing concerts with a free will offering that goes directly to the charity being sponsored.
For November's concert, that local charity is none other than Lazarus Ministries KC, a longtime ministry partner of Asbury! We hope you can join us for an afternoon of beautiful music, coffee, tea, and treats. CD's will be available for purchase in the Welcome Center. All are welcome to attend!
Click here if you'd like to learn more about the KCMMC.
| | UWF Nut Sale Pickups: Sun. Nov. 8 | |
Did you place an order for nuts with UWF? They'll be available in the Welcome Center this Sunday, Nov. 8 for pickup.

All nut sale proceeds go to support UWF missions for women, youth and children.
| | Suffrage Cantata: Sunday, November 15 | |
Join Carmen KC and four area choirs for Andrea Ramsey’s "Suffrage Cantata," a powerful musical telling of the decades-long fight for women’s right to vote.
Featuring singers ages 16 to 79, this intergenerational performance brings history to life through music and spoken word while honoring the courage, sacrifice and perseverance of the women who fought to make their voices heard. Together, more than 100 singers will reflect on how one generation’s fight for a voice at the ballot box became a right carried forward by the generations that followed.
This event will take place on Sun. Nov. 15 at 3 pm at Community Christian Church in Kansas City, MO (4601 Main St). Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for students. Click here to purchase tickets online.
