When Joseph was admitted to Stony Brook Children's years ago, he was in septic shock. Joseph's parents and brother Max stayed close by thanks to the Ronald McDonald Family Room. Thanks to generous supporters like you, we are able to help families like the Caliendos every day.

Making an Impact on Long Island

On Monday, May 19th, over 100 golfers met up at the Hamlet Golf & Country Club in Commack, NY under beautiful, blue skies as we honored Mario Molino for the 2025 Stony Brook Golf Outing where we raised over $144,000 for sick children and families.

The 2nd Annual St. James 5 Mile Challenge took place on May 10th with over 600 people in attendance! Co-race director and RMHC New York Metro Board Member Cynthia Lippe shares her joy and passion for helping more families in Suffolk County.

Students in Service

Students from David Paterson Elementary School in Hempstead gave $500 worth of wish list items! They also made yummy snacks for our families to enjoy. Thank you!

Students from Cold Spring Harbor High School participated in our Treats from the Heart program and prepared some delish desserts for the residents. Thank you!
