Genitempo, a partner of the firm, has been with the firm for over 37 years. He specializes in labor and employment law, and has tried many cases in courts throughout New Jersey. He also currently serves as the Municipal Judge for the Township of Nutley.

Galante, who joined the firm in June 2017, has over 39 years’ experience in loan workouts, litigating franchise, complex commercial, business/business divorce, and bankruptcy matters. Galante is also an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall Law School and Rutgers University - Newark, having taught Debtor/Creditor law and Remedies and various Political Science and Pre-Law courses. Paris and Galante are also certified mediators.
