Children's Worship!

This week, our Children's Worship Lesson title is: Rebekah & Isaac, and the Key Phrase associated with the Lesson is:

Abraham’s can-do servant led to Rebekah’s “I do.”

And the Key Bible Verse associated with the lesson is:

“. . . Let the young woman who comes out to draw [water], . . . let her be the woman whom the Lord has appointed for [Isaac].”

                                              (Genesis 24:43-44)

We also still have more room and space to sign up and join our Youth Choir! That meets from 3:30-4:30 pm on Thursdays, and if you would like to join us, or would like any more information about Youth Choir, feel free to email Taryn Noelle: taryn@stowecommunitychurch.org

Warm thanks and Blessings to you all!

NCAL

Mission Spotlight for September

The Mission and Service Committee is pleased to highlight the North Country Animal League (NCAL) as our September Mission of the Month. NCAL’s mission is to promote compassionate and responsible relationships between people and animals. For more than 30 years, NCAL has cared for vulnerable animals, helped them find loving homes, and provided education and community programs that support animal welfare.

Jacques Du Preez, NCAL’s Executive Director, will speak to our congregation this Sunday September 27th during worship. He will share more about NCAL’s work in our community and the many ways we can support their mission.
