An early morning apartment fire in Enterprise displaced 37 people and severely damaged all eight units within the building.

Crews were dispatched to the Castle Ridge Apartments off Dixie Drive around 6:40 a.m. When firefighters arrived, they saw flames coming from one side of the two-story building and heavy smoke. Firefighters were able to get all occupants out safely.

The fire, which started in a first-floor apartment, spread to the other apartments within the building. Enterprise Fire Chief Christopher Davis credits the actions of the firefighters for quickly putting out the fire. LEARN MORE HERE!
