The DBCAN BBQ Flyer features a light blue background with the DBCAN logo prominently displayed at the top center. On the right side of the flyer, three captivating images showcase the essence of the event. The first image offers a bird's-eye perspective of a group of people seated around a table, engaged in lively conversation and enjoying a meal, creating a sense of camaraderie and celebration. The second image captures a smaller group gathered around a table outdoors, bathed in the warm glow of a sunset, the golden light painting the sky in stunning hues as they enjoy each other's company. The third image shifts to the evening, showcasing a close-knit family sitting on the ground, surrounded by strings of fairy lights adorning the trees, creating a cozy and magical ambiance. This imagery portrays a sense of community, connection, and joyous moments enjoyed together, all within the inviting backdrop of the flyer's design.

Aging & Hearing Loss

As we get older so do our ears.  Presbycusis is the most common type of age-related hearing loss. Tiny hair cells found deep in the ear don't work as well anymore. Hair cells stop sending sound information to our brain. It becomes harder to hear.

Hearing loss can be emotional and frustrating.  You may not enjoy going out or going to social gatherings. You may miss parts of conversation. Concerts and movies are not fun anymore.  Restaurants and noisy places are hard to hear in. Many people have hearing loss as they get older.

Hearing aids are one option. Learn about new technology, new options, and tips for living with hearing loss.

You are not alone. We are here to help.
