"My Body is My Ally"
Hello!

During prolonged or severe health problems, it is easy to feel as if your body has betrayed you. Pain, fear, difficult healing, fatigue, and relapse are heavy burdens during recovery. Today's affirmation is a reminder that your body, mind, and spirit are all on the same team. Together, you triumph.

This week's image is from Monument Valley in northern Arizona by the Utah border. These majestic towering formations were thrust up out of the sea eons ago. They have withstood powerful physical forces throughout the ages, and remain among the Earth's most awe inspiring natural architecture.

Please share HeartFull Moments with the ones you love and let me know how the work has helped. You can reach me at emmie@estrellafineart.com or via Facebook and Twitter. I always love to hear from you.
