By early next month, workers expect to finish rebuilding the first phase of the community’s perimeter wall stretching from near the intersection of Pima Road and Dixileta Drive toward the main entrance. Workers then plan to start work on the wall leading up to and north of the main gates and complete it by the end of the year. This work will include the gate host building, entry signs, gate pillars and the adobe section under the mailboxes.
“The whole front entry is going to look brand spanking new and impressive,” said Steve Chudyk of the HOA Board of Directors.
The HOA created a long-term perimeter wall replacement strategy plan. One of the goals is to ensure the entire perimeter wall appears uniform and consistent in color while maintaining its unique, original character.
