The Village of Tarrytown is hosting its annual fireworks display to CELEBRATE Independence Day! Fireworks are set to begin at dark and will be launched from a barge on the river. KickStart Charlie is returning to the stage with another exuberant performance. Kid friendly fun: face painting & bouncy castle!
Confirmed food vendors that will surely get you craving for MORE: Wanna Empanada, Cousins Maine Lobster, Crazy Taco-Mex, Wrapper's Delight, Mostly Dough Mobile Pizza, Crispin Dopamine, Colossal Kielbasa, Flavors for Neighbors, Scotty's Egg Rolls, Three Little Pigs BBQ, Mr. Softee/Nathans Famous, Duck Donuts & Jimmy's Soft Serve.
It is STRONGLY recommended that you take the train into Tarrytown due to expected HEAVY traffic. In the event of rain, we will only be postponing the fireworks display if there are unsafe thunder and lightning conditions at the time of expected launch. Please check the Village homepage if there are any questions.

If you live within walking distance, it is highly recommended that you walk to the park. If visiting from outside of Tarrytown, taking the train is the best way to get to Pierson Park due to limited parking and traffic congestion in the immediate area. Vehicular access to our riverfront will be limited from approximately 6:00 PM through the conclusion of the fireworks display.
The following municipalities will NOT be having fireworks displays on July 4th. Parking is expected to be available at the Metro North stations in:
- Croton-on-Hudson
- Hastings-on-Hudson
- Ossining
Please be sure to follow all posted parking regulations.
Once the "H-bridge" closes down (approximately 6:30 p.m. OR earlier if the lots fill up), cars will not be permitted to exit until the "H-bridge" opens again (contingent upon pedestrian traffic clearing up after the fireworks conclude).
