Apostle of the Eucharist
This Friday is First Friday and the Memorial of St. Peter Julian Eymard, the patron of one of our worship sites and the Eucharistic Revival. We are blessed to have relics of St. Peter Julian Eymard available for veneration at both worship sites. St. Peter Julian Eymard, known as the "apostle of the Eucharist," dedicated his life to encouraging the frequent reception of Holy Communion. Join us in honoring his legacy and deepening our devotion to the Eucharist.

Bread of Life Preaching Series
Join us this Sunday...well, join us every Sunday! Over the next several weeks, enjoy an inspiring preaching series on the Bread of Life discourse from the Gospel of John. We started hearing the Bread of Life discourse last Sunday, following the conclusion of the National Eucharistic Congress and highlighting the launch of the Mission Year of the Eucharistic Revival. As we continue to read from the sixth chapter of John’s Gospel this Sunday, Jesus tells us that He Himself is the Bread of Life who will satisfy every hunger and thirst.
Snippet from last Sunday's homilies: be prepared! Check the eNewsletter for Sunday's readings, have daily and Sunday readings sent to your inbox, or dive deeper with the 52-week Mass Guide online or in the bulletin, including a summary of the Gospel and questions for personal or family reflection.

Gospel in Focus
August 4, 2024 Jesus begins the bread of life discourse. “Jesus said to them, ‘I am the bread of life; whoever
comes to me will never hunger, and whoever believe in me will never thirst.’” —John 6:35
Discussion Questions
How is manna similar to the Eurcharist? How are they different?
How does receiving the Eucharist change us?
If you have already received your 1st communion, how can we approach the Eucharist differently? If you haven’t received your 1st communion, what can you do during communion to unite yourself to Christ?
