Hello, 2024!  🧭

There's nothing else that defines "fresh start" more than January 1st.  I love flipping my wall calendar to the new month, and new year!  

With my Uncle and Mom passing away this year, I'm slowly turning to moments that brought joy!  And, there's SO many! Barry Manilow, Lauren Daigle concerts, beach vacation with hubby, passing my Board exam, launching "Coach Amy"🥑, hundreds of laughs at Bunco nights, making new friends, quality time with the kids (Santa Fe 👩‍🎓) leading workshops, and helping so many beautiful souls lose weight and transform their lives. (Forever grateful 💕)

This year's decisions will be filtered through my WOY (Word of the Year) = ✌️ ☮️ PEACE

Peace in all storms. 🙏 (They come no matter how ready we think we are; and if it doesn't bring peace, the answer is no thank you 🚫)
