Each new year we set pricing for the coming calendar year. We do this to provide competitive wages and benefits to your trusted Dogtopia team, to manage occupancy as we grow, to adjust for inflation increases, and to continue to provide extra events that differentiate Dogtopia within the industry.
The most important reason for any price adjustment is to continue investing in our amazing team with improved training, leadership roles, more support, and higher wages.
Our new 2024 rates will be effective, Feb 1, 2024.
Investments made in 2023:
- Team investment - starting rate increases, extended benefits, and increased leadership roles.
- Equipment upgrades - commercial cleaning equipment upgrades (floor scrubber, dishwasher, and dryer)
Investments to be made in 2024:
- Team investment - continue to hire and retain the top talent in the business
- Continuous Playroom equipment upgrades
- New fresh paint for all playrooms
What It Means for Our Current Pet Parents:
Current enrollment Pet Parents, with an active Pet Parent Enrollment Agreement from 2023, will lock in the new 2024 rate from Feb 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024.
