Greetings!

‘Tis the season to give thanks. To sit back and reminisce on how you came to be at this point in your life. And to recall that where you stand in business, in your community, and with your family, has been assisted by many. We cannot do it alone, and more than a few of us try.

Here in the Coachella Valley, we are fortunate enough to have in the realm of 130 active non-profit organizations whose missions and visions are wonderfully diverse. I encourage all to find one or more that align with your motivations, whether it's education, sports, veterans, social justice, or religion. These organizations are always looking for volunteers, fundraisers, teachers, coaches, cooks, cleaners, sponsors, and even drivers. Share your time and put some hope and smiles on the faces of those in need. It could put a smile on your face, too.

Paul Mahoney, DVBA President, and I wish to thank all those who came out and supported the Desert Valleys Builders Association Annual Golf Classic at the Classic Club on November 14th. With a potential storm in the forecast, it promised to be a dreary day, but it turned out to be wonderful. Below we have listed those who volunteered, sponsored with cash, provided extensive raffle prizes, and filled the players’ SWAG Bags. Regrettably, we cannot list all the players, a portion of those fees were sponsorships too.

We wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday with your family and friends.

Sincerely,

James Brownyard

Executive Director
